Laboratory Testing
Dr. Toney may recommend both in-depth blood work and advanced specialty testing to construct a comprehensive picture of your health and better inform your care.
Reminder
For hormone therapy labs, please take ALL hormones medications the night before your lab draw (with the exception of thyroid medications). Please do not take any medication (hormone) on the day of your blood draw (you may take them after the blood draw if not too late in the day).
If you are on injectable testosterone therapy, the optimal time for testing is 2-3 days after your weekly injection.
